Sveahus Modular homes are of the highest quality both in materials used and in the construction methods adopted. The Modular houses are not kit homes, but factory-built houses that are built to completion in our factory and then transported on trucks to their permanent sites.

Sveahus modular elements are made in a standard size that fits in for example containers which means an immense increase in time efficiency and simplicity. This makes the whole process of design, transport and construction easier and consequently cheaper for the end-consumer, in the same time as material waste is kept at a minimum. In five to seven months depending on the complexity and location of the house, is the building turnkey ready. The material used is mostly wood, and through collaboration with companies in the Baltics is Sveahus able to have a policy of that for every tree that is cut down, is two new planted.

Sveahus offers a wide range of building services and products, from project management and design to manufacturing, transportation and on-site erection. Sveahus can offer a design sketch, general plan, and facade sketch in English, Swedish, Norwegian or another language according to client’s needs, suitable for administrative overview. We can provide a guarantee for 10 years for each house as a demonstration of our belief and commitment to our product.
